    How far in advance do I need to book?
  We recommend booking at least 6-12 months from your date. Last minute reservations may be available, but certain prime dates book quickly.

 

    How can I taste your food?

  Call us to schedule a private tasting.

 

   How much money do I need to put down to reserve my date?

  We require a $200 deposit to reserve the date. Once you make your menu selections, a 25% deposit is due, typically six months before your event.

 

   When is the final count and payment due?

  Final count, any last minute changes and your final payment must be made 10 days before your event.

 

   When will you set up for my event?

 

For a tented wedding, staff will set up the tent and deliver tables and chairs typically Wednesday, Thursday or Friday prior to your event, depending on schedule.

Tables and chairs are your responsibility to set up, unless prior arrangements are made with us.

The day of the event, our staff will set up linens, place settings and other necessary equipment prior to your guests' arrival.

 

   I want to decorate my guest tables. Can I get my linens early?

 

If we are doing your rentals, we can deliver your linens with your rentals. If not, then you can pick up your linens at our office the day before your event. You may also schedule a delivery.

   When will the food arrive?

  Our staff arrives prior to your guests to set-up, however, we deliver your food closer to the desired serving time in order to maintain freshness and quality.

 

   What will the servers be wearing?

  Our servers wear black pants and white tuxedo shirts. For more casual events, you may request that our servers wear white polo shirts with black pants.

 

   Can we have our own food on the buffet?

  Unfortunately, we do not allow outside food on our buffet since we cannot be responsible for the quality and safety of this food. However, you are more than welcome to set this food up on a separate table and provide your own equipment.

 

   Can we use our own china?

 

If you provide your own china, we require an additional handling charge. In addition, we cannot be held responsible for damaged pieces. Our china packages include the delivery, unpacking, setting, cleaning-up, rinsing, repacking and a rental damage waiver. Call us for more information.

 

   I have a guest with an allergy. What can I do?

  Please let us know how many of your guests have allergies, and what type. We can accommodate any type of allergy, including gluten, nut and soy.

 

   Do I need to tip the servers/kitchen staff?

  Gratuity is not automatically added to your invoice and is at your discretion. We suggest between 7-15 percent.
